Dr. Raphaela Schweiger

 


Raphaela Schweiger studied political science and law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and peace and conflict studies at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main and Technische Universität Darmstadt. She serves as Director at the Robert Bosch Stiftung, one of Europe’s largest philanthropies, where she leads the foundation’s work on migration as well as its portfolio on international cooperation. During her doctoral studies at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Raphaela investigated the role of non-state actors and cities in the negotiations on the Global Compact for Migration. She has developed a variety of projects and programs for practitioners and policymakers and has published extensively on issues of global governance, migration, integration, conflict, and climate change, exploring their interconnectedness.
