Student research assistant job

The project „Unmasking Supply Chains: leveraging digital human rights investigations for corporate accountability“ is searching a student research assistant as soon as possible and for an initial period of twelve months (f/m/d, est. 8hrs/week). The main task will be supporting a qualitative exploratory study about supply chain investigations. You can download the vacancy here.

The „Unmasking Supply Chains“ project is a transdisciplinary research project based at the Chair for Human Rights Politics and conducted in collaboration with the NGO European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR). The aim is to explore how open source information can be used to trace supply chains linked to human rights violations or environmental damage and to advance corporate accountability. We are an interdisciplinary (Law and Political Science) and international team and our research language is English, while the administrative language at FAU is German. 

Remuneration is in accordance with level of education, based on FAU’s Remuneration table for student research assistants/student research assistants with a Bachelor degree. It is not possible to hire persons who already hold a Master’s degree for this position.
