Raphaela Schweiger studied political science and law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and peace and conflict studies at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main and TU Darmstadt. Since 2015, she has been working on migration and integration issues at the Robert Bosch Stiftung in various capacities. Since January 2021, she has been responsible for the topic of migration at the Robert Bosch Stiftung as a team leader. As part of her doctoral studies at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, she investigated the role of non-state actors in the negotiations on the UN Migration Pact. She has developed a variety of projects and programs for practitioners and policy makers and has published on municipal integration issues as well as on topics of international cooperation in the field of migration.
