Project "Gesundheit! Inclusion in the health and care sector"


Theresa Wagner is a research fellow at the Center for Human Rights Erlangen-Nuremberg for the project “Gesundheit! Inclusion in the healthcare sector“. Previously, she worked as a research fellow for the project “Brennglas Corona: Local integration policy in times of a global pandemic” in the research area Migration, Displacement and Integration (MFI). From 2016 to 2020, she worked as a freelancer in clinical research. Apart from her work at FAU, she has also been working as a research fellow for the German Federation for the Environment and Nature Conservation (Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland – BUND e.V.) on an international project since 2021.

She completed her second Master’s degree at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU) in Human Rights (M.A.). Here, she focused on the “human right to health”, on which she also wrote her Master’s thesis. She completed her first Master’s degree at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Biology with a specialization in Medical Biology (M.Sc.). She also completed her Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Biosciences at TUM.
